ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT;
We identify environmental risks that can occur after each departmental activity and take measures to reduce the wastes generated.We ensure that the waste is separated and recycled throughout the hotel and in the rooms. We help protect the natural life by protecting the endemic plant species in our garden, carettas coming from our beach.We ensure that irreversible and medical wastes generated in our facility are neutralized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization by licensed companies.We regularly monitor water and electricity consumption to make our natural resources sustainable and take preventive measures to prevent excessive consumption.We are conducting regular exercises with emergency response teams to prevent emergencies and environmental disasters that may occur.We make the criteria of our Blue Flag award which is a symbol of clean sea, well-kept, healthy and reliable beach every year. We provide continuous training to our staff on the need to use as much of the chemicals as possible to prevent excessive chemical consumption.

FOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY;

  • We cooperate with foundations, associations and associations established for regional development.We regularly attend events organized to promote regional tourism.
  • In order to overcome the shortcomings in the individual sense we're getting our employees on external training.
  • We constantly raise awareness of our guests and employees to keep the harmony of tourism and environment at the highest level.
  • We give the best support to apply as human resources to all employees regardless of language, religion and sect, race, gender, age, political thought, philosophical belief and similar reasons.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • In all our sustainability activities, we strive to leave a more liveable world for future generations by taking steps to reduce our energy consumption and our impact on natural resources.

  • We comply with all applicable international and national laws, regulations, legal provisions andcustomer requirements and meet the requirements in full.

  • We ensure the continuity of the system established in accordance with the needs and expectations of all interested parties by operating in accordance with the TSE EN ISO 50001:2018 energy management system standard.

  • By ensuring our facility's energy performance indicators, we provide the necessary human, infrastructural and technological resources to continuously improve and achieve our targets

  • By considering energy efficiency in new equipment, products and services to be procured, we reduce and protect our impact on natural resources and control energy consumption.

  • We continuously improve our system by assessing our risks and opportunities related to the energy management process and by applying evolving technology at the highest possible level in the products and services we offer to our customers.

  • By regularly reporting on our observed and analysed energy performance, we provide information and organise training where appropriate to raise awareness among our employees and all stakeholders on the effective use of energy resources and energy efficiency.

  • To reduce our impact on climate change, we aim to establish the infrastructure to continuously monitor our greenhouse gas emissions and reduce the impact of our operations on climate change by developing mitigation strategies.

  • As part of the institutionalization process, we establish and implement our operating and management system in accordance with international standards. Believing that things can always be better, we measure our guest satisfaction and service quality, see our guests' complaints as an opportunity and use them to improve our service quality. We emphasize the continuity of training to sensitize our staff and ensure the continuity of the system.

We create and implement process steps to reduce occupational safety hazards and risks by further developing the control hierarchy and ensure the continuity of the occupational safety management system.

  • In order to prevent pollution and ensure the need for sustainable tourism, we identify our impact on the environment, control the negative effects, possible hazards and waste. We strive to minimize the consumption of natural resources, energy consumption, air, water and soil pollution.
  • Our company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, legal requirements and customer requirements in our country and fully complies with the requirements. In carrying out our activities, we take and implement the necessary measures to protect our guests and employees from possible injuries and illnesses and to create good working conditions.
